What is the name of your state? Tennessee

The company I manage had a court date set in WI for December 15th. It was on a tanning bed that was purchased that we shipped and the customer signed it was in good condition. They sued us for $2899 which was the purchase price for the unit they bought and still have. The owner of the companies wife had a baby on the 13th of Dec and we totally forgot about it.
