What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? PA

I am the Plaintiff in a case representing myself. The defendant answered my Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas by handwriting a response. He filed this with the court. I am suprised they took it.

I now have to file (so Im told) a prelimary objection. Any sugestions on where to find self help on doing this?
