I am a plaintiff after I requested production of documents I found that some were manufactured I have documentary evidence to demostrate that, can I bring this matter to the case managment conference.Can I sued the attorney since it was manufacture in accordance to advoid an increminating Interrogatory and I know the attorney edited the document or told the Defendant to do it.
