Anybody familiar with how to file a subpoena with an OSC? I have the OSC, the OSC affadavit, OSC affirmation, Complaint and Summons drafted for pre-trial action. I am unfmiliar how I should approach the court clerk for filing my subpoena "so ordered". Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
