What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama

My soon to be ex-sister in law I found has posted pictures of my children on her myspace page. She did not ask my permission first. My children are minors. She just left my bro in law a few weeks ago and has a restraining order against all of us so we cannot contact her unless we go through her attorney. However, it is a tricky situation since we use her web page to document information on her affair she is having. What do you suggest I do, can I have her arrested for the pictures? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
