A question for all my legal pundits out there....is a counterclaim (cross-claim) considered a response pleading?
I would think not, but haven't even taken the LSAT yet lol
The underlying question is...if I received a complaint, and in turn file a counter claim, would the judge perceive my filing a counter claim as a responsive pleading, or perceive it as just a compulsory pleading
