What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio. Please let me know if there is any way on God's green earth if a county child support agency can be sued for what I feel is a clear violation of the law or a least for constructing an event that caused mental anguish? So there is no miscommunication, I am not a deadbeat or in violation. With that said I am trying to avoid any knee jerk responses that tend to vilify people when they ask about these issues.:confused::confused::mad:
