Hi, I am trying collect a garnishment. Do I need to fill out a praecipe to satisfy?
If so, what do I put in this space: __________ is hereby authorized to
enter satisfaction on the record of the above stated Judgment; is also authorized to enter satisfaction of Judgment, if any there may be, entered against any Garnishee in the above captioned case; and is authorized to settle, discontinue, and end as to any execution upon which Judgment has not been entered.
