Our attorney filed a pre-submission without allowing us to review it first. I do not know what the law says about this as to my right to read this before it was submitted.
One statement and the last statment on this sbubmission our attorney says that we would probably accept X amount for this issue. The amount he has suggested that we take was put there without our permission and is only of fraction of what the orginal amount. Can our attorney legally put this smaller amount before a judge without our permission. We brought this to his attention and he was reluctant but said he would call the judge and change it.
He has not. now we only have 24 hours until mediation
Please advise as to what we can do.
