I have obtained form to take to court from hospital hoping the court can order my ex fill it out to get his medical/drug records. (HIPPA medical release form)
Do I ask court for discovery or subpoena?
Can I do this?
If it cannot be ordered, will it look bad for him if he refuses release of his records?
Any place on a PA, Allegheny County site I can get copies of the discovery request or subpoena forms to have with me for court?
