What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?
Georgia We filed a pro se suit against a debt collector in federal court. He filed a motion to dismiss, we filed a response to his motion. It has been over 30 days, should we file a summary judgment next? Or are we waiting for a word from the judge?

Wait for the judge. You are probably looking at between 60 and 120 days for a decision. The suit will proceed, or not, based on that decision.

You need to go to the courthouse and look at your file.

You do not want any nasty surprises.
