What is the name of your state? Florida/probate/intestate/Pro Se Claimant.
In probate, my claims were objected to by the personal Rep. & I must file in 30 days to try to win them.
1. Should each claim be separate?
2. What title of document do i file to start the process?
3. What Court (circuit or County Civil) do I file?
4. How do I properly state a "basis" & " cause of action"?
thanks so much.
