What is the name of your state?PA Can anyone answer this general question?

If someone files a complaint in court and the defendant files his answer but the answer is not in the proper form, can the court be asked to nullify the defendant's answer and award the palintiff the amount the complaint is for?

To explain further. The answer to each paragraph of the complaint should be either admitted if the defendant admits the statement made by the plaintiff is true OR denied if the statement by the palintiff is not true in the eyes of the defendant. HOWEVER, along with the word denied, the defendant should provide an explanation as to WHY it is denied.

If the plaintiff simply answers "denied." to 57% of the complaint paragraphs, can anything be done legally? Should the answer to the defendant's counter claim referr to the error and demand that an expalnation be given to each denied statement or can the plaintiff ask the court to throw out the answer because it's not proper form and award the plaintii what's asked for in the complaint?

Also, if something can be done because the answer to many of the complaint paragraphs is denied with no explanation, anyone have any suggestions on the wording of the response?

Any help would be appreciated.
