NOTE: i posted this same msg in another forum but i think i was the wrong one so i'm posting here too...



2 mos ago the roof of our shed blew off in a nwindstorm and smashed into the gutter of oru neighnbor's hosue... twe promised the neioghbor we'd pay for the damage once our insureance came in but the neighbor doesnt' want to wait. and we don' thave te money...what shoudl we do?

isn't that an act of God? I don't know why you would be expected to pay for it unless your shed was in shoddy condition before hand. Just my two cents.
