What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois
Is anyone familiar here with the I2file online case filing for Illinois? I just signed up for it today and want to file a new complaint, but it does not answer my question.
Can one issue summons on the system? Or do I file the complaint tonight and have to go down to the County tomorrow to get the summons issued the old way? Does anyone know?
