Question About Molestation?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I was wondering if I could file a civil law suit against my brother for molesting me when I was a child. I have suffered from lymphodema in both my legs since I was 10 years old. It has been said to be brought on by premature puberty which I think was brought on by him sexually abusing me. I live in NY and Im 37 years old. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Both of those conditions are different manifestations of underlying gland disorders, specifically the hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid or HPT axis. The gland disorder is the cause, not one symptom causing the other.

For a true diagnosis of precocious puberty, you'd have had to have signs before 8 years of age, as 8-12 is the normal range for puberty onset in females.

There is really no evidence I can find of any sort of activities inducing glandular response, except for exercise in general.
