I loaned my Father $4,500.00 3 1/2 years ago to rent an apartment and for other personal use. I didn not have him sign anything but other people were there when the transaction took place. I sent him a letter last year requesting payment but he never acknowledged the latter nor paid the money.Can I sue him to get back my money? Is there anythins else I can do?
