Hello, I am living in Arizona. I sold a guy a motorcycle back in May 2008, He has been late on all payments and is currently not paying at all. He is 4 months behind on payments and keeps coming up with all sorts of excuses as to why he cant pay but always promises a check to me soon (which never happens). Anyhow we have a contract written out as well as a pay schedule for when payments are due and i was wondering since he isn't showing any attempt to make payments if i could have a reposession company repo the bike for me. I really want to take this joker to court but I am deploying soon so right now i cant and im scared that when i get back from my deployment i wont be able to find him..... any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

a few more questions

Also just wondering do I need to give a notice of intent to reposess in the state of AZ, i know in some states you do.

I know that if I do that the guy will then hide the motorcycle and if that happens could he go to jail?
