What is the name of your state? NC

I'm a defendant in a civil case and from the plaintiff's lawyer I have just received their first request for admissions. The thing is, it's just a copy of it. There's no file date, and it's unsigned. There's a space for the lawyer's signature and the date it was signed, but they're both blank.
Along with this was a certificate of service, but this too is unsigned and unfiled.

Do I have to reply to this or can it just be ignored?
