I couldnt answer you on the original thread but yes the car is still in my name and "she" is an x girl friend but it is her mom that brought the suit against me.The mother is saying I stole it because they are mad at me for tring to get custody of my son who is currently living with "she" They never said anything about the car until I filied for custody and now all of the sudden I "Stole" it.

No and No the car was in her parents name but they gave it to her and she put it in mine
