Our neighbors put up a "spite" fence while we were away. It is 10 ft tall and board to board so no pass thru view. It blocks at least 2/3rds of our view of the lake. The subdivision restrictions state no fences forward of a dwelling and no blocking of views.
Has anyone any case law that would assist us in getting this fence removed?
