What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? broward county, florida

My uncle gave me a piece of property 9 years ago. I maintained it and paid the taxes the entire time. He sued me and won a judgement against me, even after admitting to not paying taxes or having any kind of contract to return the property. My attorney never notified me that I lost my judgement and my 30 days to appeal has lapsed. Now opposing counsel has filed a motion to compel. My husband was never party to the lawsuit or judgement. Doesn"t he have rights if everything is jointly owned? Our bank accounts are titled "tenants by the entireities". I need help. I"ve already wasted $3500 on attorneys with no answers!

Thanks,
