I have a case against a big retailer. they asked me to sign an agreed order naming another entity as they claimed the wrong one was listed in the complaint. The retailer is large and has many separate corporations.
I signed it, but they never turned it in. Then the real company filed for removal to federal court. However, the jUdge never signed the order making them a party. Is the removal improper? If yes, does any one have any citiations as my atty can find any thing similar.
