What is the name of your state? north carolina
I have been sued for criminal conversation for over three years ago because my husband missed 2 alimony payments. My lawyer has filed a dismissal but nothing has happend. My husband has now been called in for a deposition. How do you get something dismissed if it falls under the statute of limitaions??
Thanks so much

If you have a lawyer why isn't he telling you what's going on?
