What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan
Hello. I'm wondering what, if any, statute of limitations there are for filing a suit against someone. The suit would be for conversion, and illegal repossession. Also, this may be a moot question, but what would be the difficulty in filing and actually going to civil court for this myself? It's not against a company, just a person.
