What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? California

I need to find out the Statute of Limitations (sometimes called Limitation of Actions) for Invasion of Privacy Tort. I know it is one or two years from the date of discovery or when the party should have known. What is the Civil Code or Code of Civil Procedure for the Statute of Limitations on Invasion of Privacy Tort asking for personal injury other?

Thanks, Dena

My response:

You have no idea of the Pandora's Box you have opened with your question. Start by reading Cain v. State Farm Mut. Auto. Ins. Co. 62 Cal.App.3d 310, and then take it from there. It's not a simple, "Here is the answer" type question. I hope you do well in class.
