Okay...How much time must be alloted to the person or business in question for producing documents or statements when they are served by subpeona to do so in Superior Court I thought it was 15 days...but I believe that was small claims court. My case has already been filed in superior court, and I am traveling all over to do the services of various businesses to procur information about the individual I am sueing. I want to make sure I am within time legal time limits.
