Subpoena bank records

What is the name of your state? CA
My girlfriend has been given a Subpoena for her bank records. She is a non-party and according to CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION ARTICLE 1 SECTION 1, she has the right to object to this subpoena right?

to properly quash a subpoena I would really suggest talking to a lawyer. Find one who will do a free consultation and tell you how much it should be to fight it.
