i'm in new jersey. my ex-wife and her attorney were having some type of affair before and during our divorce. i've filed ethics charges against her lawyer and they were accepted. can i sue him for damages he has caused me at work and at home and church. can i get my final divorce agreement renegotiated because of his unethical practice ?
