What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Virginia

I won a civil case, but the defendant has no intentions of paying me the judgement. I have submitted a SUMMONS TO ANSWER INTERROGATORIES.

1. Where is a good place to get guidance/lists of what I can and cannot ask?

2. Someone recommended IRS From 433-A, Collection Information Statement for Wage
Earners and Self-Employed Individuals. Can I ask EVERYTHING that is on that form?

3. The defendant is married, can I ask any questions about the spouse?

Thanks.... MajorC

A: The local and state rules. (This also answers #s 2 and 3.)
