What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? california-aside from a workmans comp claim i have this third party suit, the only witness when the accident happened was a co-worker,on the day of the accident he gave a signed statement of what happened, then osha interviewed him and now 2years later he got deposed, but in the deposition he gave a whole different story, and gave some very crucial information that might take liability off the other party,is there anything that can be done , for not giving this info to osha or not putting it in his signed statement?
