What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I recently got a ticket for flying a RC quadcopter in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, CA from a park cop. He originally wrote it for PK 7.09 which is meant for you can't land or takeoff in a full size aircraft in the park. I know the legal areas to fly and the rules on flying Golden Gate Park is fair game. Then I get a ticket in the mail that says it was switched to PK 7.03t which is you can't setup tables or speakers. We had a couple of cones setup but he wrote us the original ticket for "flying a remote drone". Flying a drone in SF park isn't illegal that's why he had to change the ticket. So what should I do?
