I live in Arizona, and today I was pulled over for speed greater than reasonable and prudent. There's a hill in my town that changes from 30 to 40 halfway up/down. I was going up and accelerated to 40 and then was pulled over shortly after. However, the officer never gave me an exact speed that I was going? I was told that in ARS, 28-707 that the traffic ticket for reasonable and prudent must specify the alleged speed and the maximum speed. Is this true? If so, can I fight this ticket?
