my brother passed away and left a holographic will leaving his assets to his neices and nephews. Once his assets have been established and dispursed will they go into a trust fund where an attorney needs to release those assets to the iinheritants?
his will is being handled by an attorney now but we were told we need another attorney to release the funds. his estate has been liquidated because he had 8 neices and nephews. does the money need to go into one account or can it be designated to one parent or the executor of the will?
I am very confused about the matter.
