This summer I was charged with possession of malt beverage by a 19/20 yo and out/att abt alcohol by false ID misdemeanor charges. I had gotten these charges dismissed in court by going through a substance abuse class. Now, my question is would it be advantageous to get these charges expunged? I am trying to go to law school and don't know how this would affect my application even though the charges were technically dismissed.
