:confused:What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ca.
:confused:I am scheduled for mediation in a few weeks, for a breach of contract. Since the initial filing amount I felt was resonable at that time is inadequate now , due to the time lapse, I have suffered many of unforeseen financial losses that in regards to the contract being breached would not of incurred. Can I somehow now seek a higher amount.
I could not afford an attorney, due to her locking up fiduciaries .And she retained an attorney from what was beleived to be our business. So every step of this matter I am attempting through my own ignorance of law.
