Vacating/appealing judgment in CA

Hello -

In California Superior Courts, how long do I have to attempt to have a judgment vacated, when that judgment was obtained through extrinsic fraud? If you could please site a reference, I would much appreciate it, as I haven't seen a law which directly refers to the fraud.
