Michigan Laws regarding video taping of clients in defendants home, area used for business. Is this situation considered private or related to business? Plaintiffs state in video that they will contact "Ruth to the rescue" to bring attention to the matter. Ruth to the rescue is a local television investigative team set up to investigate complaints of listeners. The Plaintiffs also stated that they did record telephone conversations of Plaintiffs and Defendant. The above Plaintiffs statements are on video. Question is since Plaintiffs and Plaintiffs mother suggested going public, while being secretly videotaped, consistute breach of privacy or Eavesdropping according to Michigan Law. If not, can you give case refferences?
