What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Texas

I have a judgement against me. It was recorded against my homestead but nothing else has happened about it. I understand that once recorded it is "good" for 10 years but can go dormant. What and where can I read the law about the necessities of keeping it active or letting it go dormant?
