What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Dazed and confused


Attorney's filing petition for rehearing in the Court of Appeals which stated that the ramifications of the Court's decision read like a bad lawyer joke, "When is it okay for a lawyer to lie? When his lips are moving to an insurance adjuster," violated professional conduct rules prohibiting lawyers from making statements that the lawyer knows to be false and providing that a lawyer commits professional misconduct when engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.
