What is the name of your state? I am from Mass. I have what I feel are three viable opportunities to file civil suits against the towns of Watertown and Maynard as well as the Maynard police. Can anyone provide me with some direction? Can I file the suits myself? Do I need a lawyer? If I do how are the money arrangements usually made? What tpye of attorney should I seek out? Do I have to pay up front or can the attorney review the facts and possibly agree to a percentage of the monies that may be awarded by a jury? Please advise.
