What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

If someone sued me and was awarded a monetary judgment for a default on a commercial lease, would I get the bill mailed to me for the court fees?

There is no such thing as a “billing for court fees”.

Any “court costs” that are awarded the prevailing party are added to and become a part of the judgment.

I know a girl that works at an insurance place and that's what she said, but it's probably something more to do with insurance for cars. I didn't think that was correct either.
