I sold a business 8 months ago and held some of the mortgage. She paid my note for a few months then sued me. She said false bank docs were given to her. I did not give her these docs. I found in my files a file I had given her before the sale went through. It had all the copies of bank statements, etc. and there was a paper that was original. I asked that this be returned to me.
