2-1/2 years after my father's probate closed, I have a brother that is suing my other brother and I for $35000 because he feels that he was entitled to more from the estate. He took over a business and my brother and I got cash and a car. He lost three trucks and has no business and has been in prison since May. I know he has no grounds to sue. But it's sad because while he sits in prison he files a lawsuit that we now have to spend money to defend. What ground do I have to stand on?
