Wrongful accusations leading to wrongful arrest

I am renting my house from a new home owner. The previous homeowner claims she has the right to still live there tho she is not on the rental lease and lost the house due to foreclosure. She raised commotion in my home and swung at my aunt(the other renter) and a fight broke out. The cops arrested my aunt and myself for battery tho she attacked my aunt in our home 1st and all I did was break up the fight.I must add that the previous homeowner used to have some relations with the deputy that took charge.

OOPs. Sue the owner for breach of contract regarding your possession. They should evict.
