My boyfriend is currently inconsiderate for a parole violation we just found out he was falsely convicted and had already did two n a half years in prison which he is now on parole for what should we do

How did you two just find out he was falsely convicted? Did he not know he didn't commit the crime back when he was tried for it? Or did he just realize that now?

Please go back to school. And get a new and IMPROVED boyfriend.

Barring the language issues, I think what she's trying to say is the boyfriend has had parole revoked for something she claims he didn't do (not that his original conviction was erroneous).
Well, the answer is he had (or couuld have had) a hearing on the revocation. A lawyer would help. That's your only real option now (if even that is a posibility).
