I "loaned" my now-ex-boyfriend quite a lot of money, in the form of letting him charge things on my credit cards. It is too much for small-claims court. As our breakup was sudden, I do not have an IOU or anything. What will serve as evidence for a suit?
AND how long do I have (what is the statute of limitations)?
