What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY
I am a dues paying member at a tennis club which is located, owned & operated by an incorporated village. The cost of membership varies for residents & non-residents with the residents being afforded a much lower fee. There is also a senior discount rate (62+) but available to residents only. My question is: Shouldn't this senior rate be available to all members...which would include non-residents? If not..isn't that considered age discrimination?
Thanks all,
Tulip

One would certainly hope that such discounts aren't illegal - do you know how many of us look forward to having our very first reduced price Senior Special at Country Buffet?!
