What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pa.

Court of appeals overturns district courts decision dismissing my pro se 1983 complaint, allowing me to ammend as to 4th ammendment claim for illegal entry and 4th ammendment claim for search and seizure.

The facts leading up to my complaint are long and reciting them here would probably just ad confusion.

I am unable to find represenataion on this matter since I am indigent to begin with.

I do not want this case dismissed. I would like to find a pro bon agency or attorney who would review the entire case for merit. If anyone can offer advice your time is greatly appreciated.

Or, the damages are not large. Even with 42 U.S.C. 1988 attorney fees provision, the lodestar is often limited when the damages are limited.
