What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? washington
I am applying for my concealed pistol license.
I was previously convicted of two felonies.
The convictions of both have been vacated and firearms rights restored.
I have documentation to that fact.
On page one of the application it states that if my firearms rights have been restored that I am considered not convicted. On page two it asks "have you ever been convicted". As I understand the vacation allows me to legally state I have never been convicted.
How do I answer the question on the application and what documentation do I include?
